Joe Rappai currently serves as the Head of Heat Exchangers for the Middle East and Africa at Danfoss since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rappai spent 18 years at Alfa Laval, where responsibilities included serving as the Regional Division Manager for Energy across the Middle East and Africa, managing P&L, sales management, and customer relationship management. Additional roles at Alfa Laval included General Manager for Qatar and Kuwait, where Rappai established a new service center in Doha, and Segment Manager for Process Industries, focused on sales strategies and product launches. Rappai began his career as a Senior Thermal Engineer in the Process Technology Division, excelling in the thermal and hydraulic design of plate heat exchangers for various applications. Rappai holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut.
