Karsten Thinggaard is a senior business professional with an EMBA from IMD Business School, distinguished by extensive management and international experience across various sectors. They have held leadership roles in multiple organizations, including Danfoss, where they led global teams and developed comprehensive supply chain strategies. With a passion for people and culture, Karsten aims to empower action and drive significant business impact in complex environments. Currently, they serve as Head of Controls & Meters at Danfoss and co-chair the Board of Advisors at the University of Southern Denmark. Additionally, Karsten is exploring a new role as Chief Family Officer.
