Kunal Kadam is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on research and development. Currently serving as an Associate Engineer at Danfoss since July 2021, Kunal has previously held positions at Eaton India Innovation Center LLP as a Maintenance Engineer, and at Eaton Fluid Power Limited as a Graduate Engineering Trainee. Kunal began an engineering career with an internship at SKF Group and completed in-plant training at Thermax Babcock & Wilcox Energy Solutions Private Limited, where Kunal worked in the quality department, contributed as an assistant supervisor, and implemented a project that significantly improved welding processes for the cooling plant. Kunal holds an Engineer’s Degree in Production Sandwich from All India Shivaji Memorial Society's College of Engineering, Pune, completed in 2017.
