Lars Althof

Lars Althof currently serves as the IT Head of OnePLM at Danfoss since January 2024. Previously, Lars held various leadership roles at Danfoss Power Solutions from March 2000 to December 2023, including Director of the Project Management Office, where responsibility encompassed execution of new product development projects, and Director of Electrohydraulic Engineering, overseeing global development and testing of electronic controls for hydraulic valves. Lars's career at Danfoss began as a Project Engineer and progressed through various engineering and management positions, including roles as a Manager in Electrohydraulic Engineering and Senior Application Engineer. Prior to Danfoss, Lars was the owner of Larch Networks and worked in different capacities at Syddansk Universitet and Bang & Olufsen. Lars holds a B.Sc.E.E. in Electronics, Software, and Data Transmission from the University of Southern Denmark.
