Lawrence Liu

Lawrence Liu is currently the Senior Director and DBS Regional Transition Lead for Danfoss, where they oversee DBS transformation projects across newly acquired plants in the APAC region. Previously, they held various prominent roles at Danfoss, including DPP Navigator, where they supported lean activities and managed productivity improvement projects in China. They also served as Head of DPP China, leading initiatives for continuous improvement and lean training. Prior to this, Liu worked at Secop and Huawei, focusing on factory improvement and the promotion of lean production systems. Lawrence earned a Bachelor's degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering and a Master's degree in Management Science and Technology from Tianjin University.
