Lene Faurskov

Lene Faurskov is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in HR and investor relations, currently serving as a Senior HR Communication Partner at Danfoss since September 2016. In this role, Lene is a key communication partner for transformational programs within the Danfoss Group HR, overseeing both internal and external HR communications. Previously, Lene held various leadership positions at Danfoss, including Senior Communications Manager of Group Leadership Communication, where responsibilities included driving leadership and internal communications related to business strategies and changes. Lene's prior experience includes significant roles at Auriga Industries and Cheminova A/S, focusing on investor relations and corporate communications. Lene holds multiple diplomas in communication and a Master's degree in Language and International Relations from Aalborg University.
