Lone Plesner

Lone Plesner is an experienced HR professional with over three decades of expertise in various HR leadership roles. Since joining Danfoss A/S in 2007, Lone has served as HR Director and HR Business Partner, overseeing HR partner services for corporate functions, and as HR Senior Director, leading a team of around 40 in 'People Services Denmark.' Previously, Lone held positions such as HR Director for Education and Training and Global Mobility Manager. Prior to Danfoss, Lone gained valuable experience as Head Master at Efterskolen Strand på Danebod and as Global Training Manager and Project Manager at Danfoss, focusing on training and development programs for employees and managers.
