Mads Philipsen has extensive experience in research and development within the electronics and refrigeration industries. Currently serving as R&D Director at Danfoss since April 2024, Mads previously held the same role at BITZER Electronics from September 2021 to March 2024. Prior experience includes managing projects at Lodam electronics a/s focused on transport refrigeration and working as a program manager and control engineer at BITZER Electronics from 2014 to 2021. Mads's educational background includes a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Aalborg University, a business management degree from Business College Syd, and completion of a leadership program. Mads also participated in a Rotary Youth Exchange program in Tokyo, Japan.
