Michael Zimmer

Michael Zimmer is a Senior Specialist in Global Total Rewards at Danfoss since December 2022, contributing to the development of the global rewards strategy. Previously, Michael served as a Specialist in Global Total Rewards at Danfoss Power Solutions from August 2021 to November 2022, as well as a Senior HR-Generalist responsible for operational HR in two manufacturing plants in Germany, overseeing approximately 260 employees. Prior roles include HR-Generalist at Eaton, managing HR operations for about 230 employees during a merger process, and HR Assistant positions providing support for employee management and training implementations. Michael is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management while holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology and an Industriekaufmann certification.
