Morten Bader

Morten Bader is a seasoned Process Technology Manager currently overseeing 12 employees in areas including maintenance and lean management at Danfoss. They previously led various roles at Danfoss, including as a Senior Project Manager focusing on automation and digitalization. Morten served as a Lean Change Agent at Danfoss Fire Safety A/S, where they initiated cross-functional lean projects, and also held project management positions at Semco Maritime. Morten's educational background includes ongoing studies in Danfoss Operational Lean Leadership and a degree from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Southern Denmark.
