Murat Seymen is currently the Lean Transformation Lead for European Factory Performance at Danfoss, a position held since 2021. From 2016 to 2021, they served as a TPM, Project Management, and Lean Manufacturing Expert at Gemba Partner Lean Management. Prior to that, Murat held various engineering and management roles at companies including Alstom Grid, Teklas Kaucuk AS, and Kocamanlar Otomotiv A.Ş. Murat obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi from 1986 to 1991, following an education at Kartal Teknik Lisesi.
