Peter Andreasen

Peter Andreasen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic HR management, particularly within Danfoss, where Peter has held various senior roles since April 2011. Currently serving as the Sr. Director, Head of Business Partnering & Danfoss Climate Solutions Regional HR, Peter leads a team of over 80 HR professionals to support global business growth and employee engagement initiatives. Previous positions include developing HR strategies for diverse regions and managing HR operations across multiple countries. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics from the University of Southern Denmark, alongside military training and business studies. Prior to joining Danfoss, Peter held HR and management roles at Sauer-Danfoss, Bilka, and other companies, demonstrating a robust background in HR practices and strategic business support.
