Rahul Vale

Rahul Vale is a Senior Director and Head at Danfoss India Innovation Centre, where they lead a team focusing on advanced technologies such as fatigue, fracture, and non-linear analysis through finite element modeling. With a Master’s in Design Engineering from BITS Pilani and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University, they graduated with distinction in both programs. Previously, Rahul held various managerial positions in Eaton Technologies and contributed to research and development at Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), where they received awards for their scientific contributions. Their extensive experience spans hydraulics, automotive, aerospace, and defense systems, showcasing a proven track record in product design and analysis.
