Sagar Katkar

Sagar Katkar is currently the Head of Industrial Relations and Compliance at Danfoss, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Inoxpa India, where they were responsible for all HR functions. Sagar's extensive experience also includes roles in various HR capacities at Fleetguard Filters Pvt. Ltd., Zamil Steel Buildings India, Menon Bearing Limited, and CAHORS, where they managed HR responsibilities related to plant activities and union agreements. Sagar holds a B.A. in Political Science from Vivekanand College, an MSW in Human Resource Management & Labour Welfare from SCIBER College, and completed a certification as an HR Business Partner from SkillDeck.
