Stefanie Sperber

Stefanie Sperber is a highly motivated transformation executive with diverse leadership experience in HR, sales, marketing, and procurement. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at Danfoss, Stefanie creates and implements strategic people agendas and develops talent management strategies. Previous roles include positions at Philips Lighting and Signify, where they drove people and culture transformations, resulting in significant cost savings and improved organizational performance. Stefanie holds an MSc in International Management from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and a qualification as a Pharmaceutical Representative from the Chamber of Commerce Munich.
