Steven Hester

Steven Hester is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Danfoss since August 2021, Steven has a rich background from Eaton Corporation where roles ranged from Manager of IT Strategy, Innovation, and Budgeting to Program Management Office Manager. Earlier positions included Division Manager and Program Manager within the Hydraulics sector. Prior to Eaton, Steven worked at Masco Builder Cabinet Group and Whittman-Hart/marchFIRST, honing skills in IT management and consulting. Steven holds a Master of Science degree from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
