Terry Baughman

Terry Baughman is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in product development and management within the electronic and drives industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering Center at Danfoss since December 2014, Terry previously held a similar role at Vacon Inc since January 2008, overseeing the Cabinet Assembly Business Unit and leading significant engineering efforts. Terry's career began at TB Wood's in 1982, where contributions included the development of key electrical products and platforms, culminating in a directorial role until the company's acquisition by Altra Industrial Motion in 2007. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
