V G Vinoth has extensive experience in management and engineering roles within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Danfoss since March 2014, where responsibilities include sustaining performance management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this, V G Vinoth held positions as Deputy Production Manager and Senior Manufacturing & Maintenance Engineer at Danfoss, focusing on safety, quality standards, and enhancing production efficiency. V G Vinoth has also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at GE Power Conversion, contributing to the establishment of a new manufacturing facility, and as Executive in Production Planning and Control at Delta Electronics Power Supply, overseeing production planning and ensuring timely delivery. Additionally, V G Vinoth's early career included involvement in production planning at INDO-TECH Transformers Limited. V G Vinoth holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. Navalar Nedunchezhiyan College of Engineering.
