Anna Andersson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the mechanical and industrial engineering industries. They served as an HR-generalist at Fiskeby Board AB from 1990 to 2007, followed by a decade as a Human Resources Manager at Flowserve Corporation until 2017. Currently, Anna is the Senior HR People Partner for Sweden and Norway at Danfoss, a position they have held since 2025, after leading as the Head of HR for the same region since 2018. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in HR/personal administration from Linköping University, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
