Mojisola Ogunleye is a social impact and sustainability expert with over ten years of experience in community development, stakeholder engagement, and educational initiatives in Nigeria. Currently, as the founder of MyDialecta, they address the urgent challenges of indigenous language preservation and economic empowerment through a borderless AI-plus-human platform. Previously, Mojisola held roles with Dangote Petroleum Refining & Petrochemicals FZE, where they oversaw social investments across multiple communities, and co-founded Petaverse Ltd., a social enterprise that provides free software development training. Mojisola's educational background includes multiple degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University, including an MBA and a master's in Environmental Control and Management.
