Celso Cvaigman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Celso started their career as a Gerente Controle Financeiro at Banco Nacional in 1992 and then moved on to work as a Supervisor Oper. Financeiras at Shell. From there, they joined Grupo BRR as a Gerente de Controladoria, where they implemented the area of Securitização de Recebíveis de Cartões de Crédito. Celso then joined Editora O Dia as a Diretor Financeiro, responsible for various financial aspects and played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the "Jornal Meia Hora" product. After Editora O Dia, Celso worked as a Consultor at a consultancy firm before joining Grupo Bravante as a Gerente de planejamento financeiro. Currently, they are working as the Head of Finance at Daniel Law.

Celso Cvaigman completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Electric Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 1986 to 1991. In 1994 and 1995, they pursued an MBA in Finance at Ibmec. Furthermore, in 2009, they attended UCLA to acquire a Global Leadership degree with a focus on Planejamento Estratégico.
