Jack Morton is currently the Head Chef at Daniel Thwaites, having transitioned from a Senior Sous Chef position at North Lakes Hotel & Spa, where they worked from 2011 to 2022. Jack's culinary education includes a Level 3 qualification in Kitchen and Larder from Kendal College, as well as a Level 2 diploma in Hospitality and Catering. They began their journey in food preparation and professional cooking at Ullswater Community College, completing their studies in 2010.
