Michael Munch

Michael Munch has extensive experience in the field of theology and church leadership. Currently serving as Sognepræst (kbf.) in Folkekirken since October 2018, Michael manages a congregation in Næstved with 7,500 members and collaborates as a Sundhedshuspræst with Fredericia Health House. Michael holds leadership roles as Næstformand and Bestyrelsesmedlem at Danmission, Denmark's largest mission organization. Additionally, Michael engages in adult theological education as an instructor for KURS - Teologi for voksne at Roskilde Stift and Folkeuniversitetet i Syddanmark. Previous positions include Sognepræst and Menighedsrådsformand, along with various roles in Danmission and the University of Copenhagen. Michael Munch's educational background includes degrees in Theology from the University of Copenhagen and Yale Divinity School, complemented by specialized training in pastoral care.
