They have held senior positions across renowned companies such as McCormick & Company, Yum! Restaurants International, and Pret A Manger, where they focused on quality strategy, food safety, and team development. With both a BSc and PhD in Chemistry from the University of Reading, Mark’s expertise includes strategic thinking, supplier quality management, and global governance. Currently, they serve as the Quality and Food Safety Director at Danone, continuing their commitment to leading quality and safety improvements in food.
