Mark Nijman is currently the Head of Industrial Automation at Danone, bringing extensive experience in IT/OT management within the food production industry. With a background as a Process Automation Manager at Olam from 2016 to 2022, Mark was responsible for overseeing worldwide process automation activities across multiple factories. Prior to that, Mark held positions at various companies, including ICT Group and Tata Steel Nederland, where they contributed to the design and implementation of automation systems. Mark has an educational background in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, culminating in a Bachelor’s degree from Hogeschool van Amsterdam.
