Anders Barsøe

Anders Barsøe is the CEO, Chairperson of the Board, and co-founder of New Loop, where they focus on developing an impact startup aimed at eliminating single-use takeaway packaging. Currently serving as the Bestyrelsesformand at RØRT, they lead a team dedicated to creating a sustainable food industry. With over five years of experience in executive advisory, board leadership, and strategy development within the food service sector, Barsøe has successfully turned around LETZ SUSHI and contributed to various organizations, including The Confederation of Danish Industry as an advisory board member. Anders holds a Master of Business Administration and has cultivated a diverse background in culinary arts and restaurant management.
