Peter Orry

Peter Orry has extensive experience in the media industry, currently serving as the Ansvarshavende chefredaktør at JFM since 2016, overseeing journalism across multiple daily newspapers and managing the editorial budget. Since 2002, Peter has been involved with Danske Medier, holding the position of Formand for the employer association's negotiating committee since 2016, and previously served as a member of the editorial and negotiating committees. Additionally, Peter has been the Ansvarshavende chefredaktør at JydskeVestkysten since 1985, where Peter also held the role of Adm. direktør for Syddanske Medier A/S. Peter contributed to academic governance as a board member at Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole from 2007 to 2011. Peter holds a Master's degree in Redaktionel ledelse from the University of Southern Denmark and a Bachelor's degree in Journalistik from Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole.
