Ed Hoopes

Ed Hoopes has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently working at Dansko as a member of the Customer Service - E Team since May 2012. Prior roles include serving as a Part-time Sales Associate at Kohl’s Department Store from May 2006 to November 2012, where Ed earned the “Superstar of the Month” Award in April 2007, and as an Account Representative in the Wholesale Division at The Franklin Mint from September 2007 to March 2009, facilitating business development and dealer relations. Ed previously managed sales and customer service at Medical Data Systems LLC. from April 2003 to November 2006 and worked as an Outbound Sales Representative at The Franklin Mint from September 1999 to April 2003. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at The Clarks Companies from September 1995 to September 1999, where Ed consistently exceeded sales goals and managed inventory effectively. Ed is a graduate of B. Reed Henderson High School.
