Angela Fair

Angela Fair has over 15 years of experience in human resources, spanning various roles and industries. Angela is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Dansons, a position they started in 2023. Prior to this, Angela worked as an Executive HR Consultant at Fair HR Consulting since 2020, providing comprehensive HR consulting services to clients. From 2017 to 2022, they held the position of Senior Vice President Global People & Performance at Redflex Traffic Systems, responsible for enhancing business performance and overseeing office transitions. Before that, from 2014 to 2017, Angela worked as the Director of Human Resources at Redflex Traffic Systems, driving cultural transformation and streamlining organizational structure. Angela started their career in 2006 as the Vice President of Human Resources at Alliance Residential, LLC, where they headed a team of 10 HR staff members and managed various HR operations.

Angela Fair has a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Technology Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Phoenix. Angela also has an MBA degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Angela has obtained an HRM Certificate in Human Resources and SHRM from the University of Phoenix.
