Brandon Acton

Brandon Acton is an experienced plant manager and senior consultant with a strong track record in operational leadership and project management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Dansons since May 2022, Brandon oversees P&L accountability and has successfully managed a multi-million dollar construction project for a new plant start-up. As the owner and senior consultant of B. Acton Consulting since September 2013, Brandon has established new plants and developed management teams across multiple facilities. Previously, Brandon held plant management roles at Countryside Feed LLC and Advantage Metals Recycling, where responsibilities included budget development, project management, and performance analysis. Brandon's earlier experience includes logistical operations at WinField United and site management at PGP International. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from MSU, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
