Jonathan Milgate has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jonathan has worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Camplify since December 2018. In August 2022, they joined Dantia as a Non Executive Director. In 2018, they organized the DevopsDays Newcastle event. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Head of Development Operations at Anditi Pty Limited, a high-tech software and consulting company. Prior to that, they held the position of Software Delivery Manager at homesales.com.au from 2016 to 2017 and at Tax Depreciation from 2016 to 2017. Jonathan also has prior experience as a Senior Systems and Infrastructure Administrator at nib health funds from 2013 to 2016, and as a Systems Administrator at NSW Health from 2005 to 2009.
Jonathan Milgate has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Charles Sturt University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Information Services with a field of study in Systems Engineering from the University of Newcastle, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In 2021, Jonathan attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for a short course in Design Thinking. Alongside their education, they have also obtained various certifications in areas such as Design Thinking, Agile Methodologies, Citrix, Cisco, ITIL, and Microsoft.

Dantia was established by Lake Macquarie City Council as the best model for delivering innovative economic growth and development for the City.
