Corey Herbert

Corey Herbert has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Corey most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Danville Community School Corporation since July 2021. Prior to this, Corey was a Financial Operations Specialist at MSD of Wayne Township from September 2019 to July 2021. Corey also held the position of Associate Director Of Operations at Kingsway Christian Church from August 2017 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, Corey worked at Huntington National Bank and First Indiana Bank in various roles such as Business Banker, Credit Specialist Senior, Client Relationship Manager, and Banker. Corey has extensive experience in the banking sector, with expertise in operations, finance, and relationship management.

Corey Herbert obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from New Mexico State University, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. Corey further pursued their education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2008 to 2010.
