Jason Carr

Jason Carr is a finance professional with extensive experience, currently serving as the Head of Finance at Daon since February 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and budgeting as a member of the senior leadership team. Previously, Jason held several key finance positions at Daon, including Director of Finance and Analytics and Group Financial Controller, managing a shared service finance team and ensuring timely reporting for stakeholders. Additionally, Jason co-founded and directed the Velka Gallery of Photography, the only commercial photography gallery in Dublin at its inception. Early career experience includes serving as an Accountant at Meagher Moynihan while completing Chartered Accountancy professional examinations. Jason holds a Diploma in Data Analytics and Strategy from Chartered Accountants Ireland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland, complemented by a BA in Mental & Moral Science from Trinity College Dublin.
