Sol Gonzalez

Sol Gonzalez is an experienced professional in service delivery management, currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery for Cloud Services at Daon since June 2020. Responsibilities include overseeing service delivery teams, developing strategies, and ensuring operational excellence to meet client expectations. Prior to Daon, Sol Gonzalez held several key roles within IBM from October 2005 to May 2020, including Delivery Guild Win Leader and Service Delivery Manager, where contributions focused on post-contract analysis, service management solutions, and the enhancement of Cloud offerings. Sol Gonzalez holds a Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Mar del Plata Community College, earned between 1995 and 1997.
