Andrew Tarver

Andrew Tarver is the founding partner at Motive Partners and the InvestCloud Private Markets Network, and is the founder of Daphne and Pluto. They currently serve as President, PMA Network at InvestCloud, Inc., and as a Founding & Industry Partner at Motive Partners. Tarver has founded or led multiple ventures, including Spoke Marketplace (2016–2022), Jigsaw XYZ (2016–2021), BOLDROCKET (2014–2015), Thought Machine (2014–2016), Luna Protocol (2021–2024), and served as CEO UK at Capco (2010–2014). Earlier in their career, Tarver held roles in equity derivatives and algorithmic trading at UBS Investment Bank (2002–2008) and low-latency trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (2006–2010), and equities trading at Goldman Sachs (2000–2002).
