Howard Hsin

Howard Hsin, CAMS, CFCS, CISC, serves as the Senior Manager of Global AML/KYC & Sanctions Compliance – Governance at Dapper Labs, where responsibilities include transforming the AML compliance function, developing transaction monitoring programs, and enhancing industry-leading controls against illicit activities in NFTs and blockchain. With a strong background in compliance operations, Hsin has previously held managerial roles at HSBC, overseeing investigations and ensuring compliance with regulatory criteria. Earlier experience includes working as an Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer at Vancity, where monitoring bank activities and investigating fraud were key duties. Hsin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University and has pursued further education at Dalhousie University and the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
