We are private owned toolshop (mould making company) with 30 emplyees, producing injetion moulding tools, size up to 1100x1000mm, weight up to 6ton. We have many experiences with optics (reflector tools, lightguide tools, optical lenses, fresnel lenses, thick wall lenses). Beside tools with optics, we also produce tools for aestetic parts e.g. decorative bezels, cover lens, etc. , where high gloss polishing and etching is requested, and tools for technical parts e.g. housings for lights/electic cabinets/ filters, etc. We have also experience with 2-component tools (lenses, bezels, covers)
