Mayank Vaducha has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mayank is currently working as the Director of Product at Dare, where they focus on agile product management for algorithmic trading strategies and the rollout of new products for the Oil, Gas & Power energy trading desks market. Prior to this, they worked at Credit Suisse as a Senior Product Manager, specifically in the FX Algorithmic Trading division.

Mayank was responsible for prioritizing and managing the delivery of electronic trading projects and instrument launches, as well as improving support team efficiency.

In the early stages of their career, Mayank worked as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Citi, focusing on algorithmic trading, transaction cost analysis, high-frequency trading, and risk management in the Global Markets Futures division.

Before entering the finance industry, Mayank gained experience as a Senior Software Engineer in the Product Development department at Nokia, specifically in the Multi Technology Development Group.

Mayank Vaducha has a degree in First-class honours in Electronic & Software Engineering with study abroad in New York, USA from the University of Leicester. Additionally, they also participated in a study abroad program at Clarkson University in New York, USA.
