Natalie Pilling is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the tech industry. As the Co-Founder and Lead Instructor at NoCodeMakers since May 2024, Natalie focuses on teaching individuals to create interactive websites and automate businesses using No-Code and AI tools. Previously, as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of DareIT since April 2018, Natalie has worked to address diversity and talent gaps in the tech sector, empowering women in IT. Natalie's career also includes significant roles at EL Passion, Comtravo, and ClassicFinder, where contributions spanned business development, product strategy, and team leadership. With academic credentials from HEC Paris and the University of Warwick, alongside software engineering training, Natalie combines strategic management expertise with a strong commitment to fostering inclusivity in technology.
DareIT
Dare IT is a social business that encourages and supports women to start and develop their career in the tech industry. We want to build an inclusive tech world so that technology is built for and serves everyone and not just a selected few. As part of our business we run a mentorship program, where participants can explore and acquire knowledge in the area of their choice: User Experience Design (UX), User Interface & Visual Design (UI), Web Development, Data Science, Project Management, Digital Marketing and many other. Women are supported by mentors who work in various positions within the tech industry on an ongoing basis. At Dare IT we believe that women should play a major role in the tech industry, and not be confined to a minority. To close the gender gap, we aim to make women in tech industry more visible so that other girls & women can visualize themselves in similar roles more easily.
