Ashrith Kumar is currently the Sr. Director of Commercial & Procurement at DarGlobal, where they oversee operations since 2024. Previously, they served as the Director of Commercial & Cost Control at DarGlobal Real Estate from 2022 to 2024 and held various positions in cost management and procurement at Emaar and Sobha Realty. Ashrith began their career as a Quantity Surveyor with MICO Maalefushi and continued to develop their expertise in commercial analysis and management roles with companies like BESIX and DAMAC Properties. They earned a B.E in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University between 2003 and 2007 and are pursuing membership with RICS.
