Curtis Baker

Curtis Baker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2004, they worked at Lakeview Golf Club as Range/Pro-Shop Staff, where they maintained the clubhouse, assisted customers, and managed the tee-sheet and pro-shop. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at CenturyLink as a Forklift Operator, overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring proper shipment procedures. At Scentsy, Inc. from 2011 to 2014, Curtis served as a Shipping Operator, supervising warehouse crew, overseeing material flow, and leading improvement initiatives. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Case Manager at Ada County, Idaho, working collaboratively to provide cohesive care to patients and reporting results to employers. In 2017, Curtis became the Assistant Golf Professional at The Northwood Club, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and performing preventive maintenance. At Nucor Corporation, from 2018 to 2019, they served as a Shipping Coordinator, resolving shipping-related issues and implementing process improvement projects. From 2019 to 2020, Curtis worked at Shamrock Foods Company as a Senior Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator, involving transshipment, correspondence with management, and implementation of process improvements. Curtis Baker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Boise State University, which they attended from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Lake Forest College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied History & Political Science. In addition to their formal education, Curtis obtained the Certified National Home Inspector (NHI) certification from INSPECTION CERTIFICATION ASSOCIATES LLC in August 2019.
