Site Controller at Darigold

Ken Black has a diverse work experience in financial and administrative roles. Starting in 1990, they worked as a Senior Accounting Supervisor at Curtice Burns Foods (Nalley Fine Foods), where they were responsible for financial statement preparation, budgeting, and variance analysis. From 1994 to 2007, they served as the Director of Finance at Tree Top, Inc., overseeing financial analysis, cost accounting, and implementation of an ERP system. Ken then worked as the Business Manager at East Valley School District, managing finances and overseeing bond issues for construction projects. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Director of Finance and Administration at Yakima Chief - Hopunion LLC, playing a key role in revenue growth and implementing new business control processes. Ken later served as the Chief Financial Officer at Mid Columbia Forklift, a forklift dealership. More recently, they worked as a Financial Controller at Novolex, a flexible packaging producer, and as a Financial Analyst at International Paper. Currently, they hold the position of Site Controller at Darigold.

Ken Black obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from Green River College from 1983 to 1985. Ken then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at Western Washington University from 1985 to 1987.
