Lisa Mayer is a Continuous Improvement Manager who has developed significant expertise in the dairy industry. They began their career as a Student Worker at Babcock Dairy and progressed to a Supervisor Trainee at Darigold, where they honed their skills in production and quality assurance. They served as a Production Supervisor and led focused improvement initiatives, prioritizing efficiency and quality in product output. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, having already completed coursework in MBA Foundations and earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences (Food Science) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
