Lisa Rantala-Mayer

Lisa Rantala-Mayer is an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager at Darigold since June 2011, with a background as a Production Supervisor overseeing the packaging of cultured products and fluid milk. Lisa has also served as a Training Supervisor, where training at the worker level across various plant areas was a focus, alongside support for quality assurance and audit preparations. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Worker at Babcock Dairy during which assistance was provided in cheese production. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and completed both Business Certificate and Food Science degrees at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
