Scott Kiilsgaard

Scott Kiilsgaard has extensive experience in the dairy industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Darigold since May 2005, overseeing a fluid milk plant with 65 employees and distribution across multiple states, including Montana and parts of Nevada. Previously, Scott held the position of Plant Superintendent at Safeway for nearly nine years, managing operations at three different locations, including a fluid milk plant in Moses Lake and two ice cream plants in Denver and Seattle. Earlier experience includes roles as Plant Superintendent at Arctic Ice Cream and Plant Worker/Foreman at Vitamilk Dairy, where Scott was involved in HTST operations. Scott began his career at Gold Star Dairy as a Plant Worker, and Scott also worked at Washington State Creamery while pursuing an Ag Business degree in Dairy Science. Education includes studies at Washington State University and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
