DARIMEX TECHNO is the leader in the Romanian market in providing complete solutions for the food industry in general for the meat processing industry in particular from technological consulting to the delivery of machinery, equipment, installations and production lines as well as assembling and commissioning, service and maintenance. Company Darimex SRL was founded in 1993, in Bucharest, having a private capital Roman-Dutch.
In August 2012, Darimex Techno, the former Romanian-Dutch company, was bought by Poly-clip System GmbH & Co. KG. KG, which currently owns 95% of the shares.
