Keith Diehl has held multiple roles in demand planning and S&OP throughout their career. Keith began their career in 2001 at Oakley as the Forecasting/Demand Planning Manager, where they implemented SAP APO-DP and improved the sku level mean absolute percent error by 18%. From 2004 to 2007, they worked at Gateway Computers as the Senior Forecasting Manager, responsible for the tools, process, and management of a five person team. In 2007, they moved to Nobel Biocare as the North America Demand Planning Manager, where they established a monthly planning and S&OP process. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Senior Principal Demand Planner at Medtronic, where they managed the supply chain for a fast-growing transcatheter heart valve solution. In 2013, they moved to The Clorox Company as the Senior Manager of Demand Planning and IBP, where they reorganized the team of five and implemented a new IBP process. Finally, in 2017, they joined SC Johnson as the Director of Demand Planning and IBP, managing the Demand Planning team and running the S&OP process through an amazing growth trajectory. Keith is most proud of the team they hired and managed.

Keith Diehl has a diverse educational background. Keith started their educational journey at Glendora High School, where they graduated with a High School Diploma in 1992. Keith then attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they earned a BS in Business Analysis - Statistics in 1996. In 2001, they obtained an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from UC Irvine. In 2017, they received a Certification in Machine Learning from Stanford University.
