Jon Kaplan

Jon Kaplan is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with a primary focus on the healthcare services industry, and expertise in corporate strategy, large-scale transformation, and enablement through digital, technology, and analytics. Kaplan currently serves on the boards and advisory groups for Empassion Health (Board of Directors, 2023–Present), Nashville Health Care Council (Board Member, 2023–Present), Transcarent (Senior Advisory Board, 2021–Present), DarioHealth (Board of Directors, 2023–Present), and Frist Cressey Ventures (Investment Partner, 2019–Present). Past roles included Picwell (Member, Board of Directors, 2021–2022), Quorum Health (Director on the Board, 2018–2020), Livongo (Advisory Board to the Executive Chairman, 2019–2020), Ernst & Young (Partner, 1990–2003), Accenture (Partner, 2003–2006), and Diamond Management & Technology Consultants (Partner, 2006–2007). Kaplan earned an AB in Economics from Cornell University.
