Matthew Sharp

Matthew Sharp is the President of Darioush Winery. They have held this role since 2025. They previously served as Managing Director at Shafer Vineyards from 2022 to 2025, and their earlier leadership and sales roles include National Sales Director at Seaview Imports (2013-2016) and Director of On Premise National Accounts at Pasternak Wine Imports (2007-2012). They began their career as an actor (1992-2004) and studied drama at Webber Douglas Academy (now University of London), and earned the CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online in 2021. They have participated in the Napa Leadership Program, Napa Valley Vintners, Cohort 3 (2023-2024) and have served on a Board of Directors since 2023.
