There's no one-size-fits-all curriculum here. We start with where you actually are and the decisions already on your desk.

Dark Horse Ops is private, operator-led AI tutoring for executives and founders. No cohort screen, no webinar chat, nobody watching you ask the basic question. Your pace, your questions, in plain English.

Max Tuchman built Caribu, sold it to Mattel, and ran integration work inside Mattel after the acquisition. She teaches AI the way she ran the company: work backwards from the goal and build the thing.

She takes on a small number of clients at a time, on purpose. The ones she says yes to get her full attention.

How we work:

1. The Dark Horse Retainer, an embedded monthly 1:1 operator partnership
2. The War Room, a two-day intensive for high-stakes moments
3. Agentic Kickstart, a 3-hour session to stand up your first real AI workflow
4. Single-Session Coaching, Keynote & Workshop, and hourly time
